This license uses the general name “Design & Make” to refer to products marketed under a number of Vectric Ltd. brands, including, but not limited to, “Vector Art 3D”, “Design and Carve”, “CNCMiniProjects”, “Design and Make It” and “Design & Make”.
The computer models, images, text, logos, and other data related to a Design & Make product whether a download or on physical media are copyrighted to Vectric Ltd. and your rights are subject to the limitations and restrictions imposed by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and international copyright treaties. The term Computer Models includes models and image data with the file extension CRV3D, 3DCLIP, V3M, V3V, STL, PNG, PTN, RLF, EPS, DXF or any other file type contained on the website or published in any form by Vectric Ltd.
License Agreement
Vectric Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the computer models as decorative or illustrative material that is included as part of, or all of, a CNC carved design or a part made on rapid prototyping equipment. Once purchased there is no limit on how many times a model can be carved and the finished part sold as long as each part is individually carved or built. You may not use any of the models in whole or in part, for multiple re-sales in the form of moulded parts, pressings, castings or other mass-production methods. The creation of up to 10 moulded parts for personal use (not for re-sale) is permitted under this license.
Models of national or organizational insignia are protected by various laws against misuse. Typically, all logos, insignia, seals, flags etc. are for official use only. It is your responsibility to obey all laws regulating the production, sale and display of these.
It is against the law to copy, reproduce, or transmit (including, without limitation, electronic transmission over any network) any part of the website or part or whole of any of the computer models or files. Under the law, copying includes translating into another format or language. You may not under any conditions copy original or altered computer models or images to sell or distribute to others or operate the models on more than one computer at a time. The purchase or use of Design & Make computer models does not, in any way, transfer ownership or rights to contents, in whole or in part, to you.

Design & Make computer models and other files are copyrighted by Vectric Ltd. with all rights reserved. Under copyright law, the computer models and web site may not be copied, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Vectric Ltd.
Limited Warranty
Vectric Ltd. does not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the computer models or other supplied data. Vectric Ltd. excludes (to the fullest extent permitted by law) all warranties, express or implied, as to the non-infringement of third party rights or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Vectric Ltd. be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or savings. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit any liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited. If you are a consumer and not entering into this agreement for business purposes, your statutory rights are not affected.
Law and Disputes
This agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the subject matter of this agreement shall be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
