"Home Sweet Home"

With Thanksgiving, in the US, just around the corner it seems the right time to reflect on how important "home" is to you and your loved ones.  This hack would make a lovely piece to hang in your home or as a gift for the host of Thanksgiving dinner.

There are now 2 different ways for you to recreate or customize this Hack of the Week!
